These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the ordering, performance and evaluation of the Slim Test.
Provider and Scope
The service provider is Dr Stephan Schimpf, MD, Piazzetta Pescheria 8, I-37121 Verona, Italy, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”.
Under the name “Slim Test”, the Service Provider provides a paid service in which individual nutritional recommendations are prepared on the basis of specific laboratory values.
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the website slim-test.com and to the ordering, analysis and evaluation of the Slim Test.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using this website or ordering the Slim Test, you accept these terms.
1. Subject Matter of the Contract
Customers may order the Slim Test through the online checkout.
After placing the order, the customer receives the laboratory request and invoice by email.
The blood sample and laboratory analysis are carried out by a medical laboratory chosen by the customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
After receiving the laboratory results, the customer submits the values to the Service Provider. Based on these values, the Service Provider prepares an individual evaluation with nutritional recommendations.
The Slim Test is a complementary method for nutritional assessment. It does not replace medical diagnosis, medical treatment or personal medical advice.
2. Orders and Conclusion of Contract
The Slim Test may be ordered through the website.
By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the service.
The contract is concluded once the Service Provider confirms the order or sends the laboratory request.
3. Prices and Payment
The Slim Test is currently offered with a profile of 70 foods. The current price is €195.00.
Payment is made exclusively via the payment methods offered in the online checkout, currently including credit card and PayPal.
Evaluation and delivery of the result are carried out only after full payment has been received.
4. Electronic Communication
The laboratory request, invoice and evaluation are generally sent by email.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring that emails can be received.
5. Cancellation and Withdrawal
Consumers may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights in distance contracts, depending on the applicable consumer protection rules.
Once the Service Provider has started the individual evaluation or the service has been fully performed, cancellation or withdrawal rights may be restricted in accordance with applicable law.
Any cancellation or withdrawal must be declared in writing by email to office@slim-test.com.
6. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for submitting the required laboratory values completely and correctly.
In case of health complaints, existing medical conditions, medication use, allergies, pregnancy or uncertainty, medical advice should be obtained before making changes to diet or lifestyle.
Customers are responsible for arranging the laboratory test locally and for checking any laboratory fees, availability and local requirements directly with the laboratory.
7. Medical Notice
The content of this website and the results of the Slim Test are intended for information and individual nutritional assessment.
They do not constitute a diagnosis, medical treatment, medical advice or a substitute for examination or treatment by a licensed healthcare professional.
The Service Provider does not guarantee any specific weight loss result, health outcome or therapeutic effect.
8. Liability
The Service Provideris liable in accordance with statutory provisions for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
For other damages, the Service Provider is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, known allergies, pre-existing medical conditions, failure to seek medical advice, or incorrect implementation of the recommendations.
9. Data Protection
The Service Provider processes personal data exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may amend these Terms & Conditions where this is necessary for factual, legal or operational reasons.
Orders already concluded remain subject to the terms valid at the time of the order.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Italy. Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected where such rights cannot be excluded by agreement.
