Cancellation Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, subject to the conditions set out in this cancellation policy.
Cancellation Period
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date on which you placed the paid order for the Slim Test.
The cancellation right automatically expires after 14 days or earlier once laboratory analysis results from an external laboratory have been submitted to Dr Stephan Schimpf, even if this occurs before the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period.
The cancellation right also expires no later than 14 days after the paid order, even if the blood sample has not yet been taken or laboratory analysis results have not yet been sent to Dr Stephan Schimpf.
Exercising Your Right of Cancellation
To exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us by means of a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from this contract. This may be done by post or email.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of your cancellation right before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
No return shipment is required because the Slim Test is processed electronically and documents as well as results are delivered by email.
Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation
The statutory right of cancellation does not apply once the individual evaluation process has begun and laboratory analysis results have been transmitted to Dr Stephan Schimpf.
Therefore, the cancellation right expires at the latest upon receipt of the laboratory analysis results by Dr Stephan Schimpf, even if this occurs before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.
